Thin. Mint. BROWNIES! Seriously, who doesn’t love brownies? They’re fudgy, cakey and most definitely chocolatey. You simply can’t go wrong and this no-bake, vegan, paleo and gluten-free recipe is an awesome guilt-free version of a classic dessert.
CBD is great on its own but you can also add it to practically any food or beverage imaginable and we couldn’t think of a better pairing than our Sweet Mint CBD Oil and these thin mint brownies. 1.5 cups RAW WALNUTS or ALMONDS
1/2 tsp PEPPERMINT EXTRACT
2 ml SWEET MINT CBD OIL
1/4 cup COCOA POWDER
1 tsp VANILLA EXTRACT
2.5 cups PITTED DATES
6 tbsp CACAO NIBS
1/4 tsp PINK SALT
2 tsp WATER
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor—scraping down as needed until mixture reaches a sticky consistency.
- Line an 8-inch pan with wax or parchment.
- Press dough very firmly into the pan. Allow brownies to set then slice and serve.
