Lemon Cider Tea
CBD oil is already great on its own but did you know you can add it to practically any food or beverage imaginable?
I absolutely love this cold remedy recipe for the simple fact that it NEVER fails me. Anytime I feel a cold coming on I immediately mix this up and within 48 hours I’m back to 100%. It’s incredible. Results may vary but we highly recommend making this lemon cider tea the next time you’re feeling under the weather.
2 tbsp APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
1 ml NATURAL HEMP CBD OIL
1 bag CHAMOMILE TEA
1 tbsp RAW HONEY
1/2 tsp CINNAMON
1/2 tsp TURMERIC
2 large LEMONS
1/4 tsp GINGER
14 oz WATER
- In a medium pot bring 14 oz of water to a boil. Slice 2 lemons and add to pot. Reduce heat to low. Allow lemon water to simmer for 10 mins.
- Strain water into a blender. Add vinegar, CBD oil, raw honey, cinnamon, turmeric & ginger to blender and blend on medium for 30 seconds.
- Pour mixture into a mug and add tea bag. Voila.
