Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Shake
CBD oil is already great on its own but did you know you can add it to practically any food or beverage imaginable?
Protein shakes have long been my post-workout ritual. Following exercise, a combination of protein and carbohydrates are essential to muscle restoration and regaining strength. Incorporating CBD into your shake is a great way to boost its benefits and give your body the nutrition it needs. I personally love making this shake after an intense workout. 1 scoop CHOCOLATE WHEY PROTEIN
1 tbsp DARK COCOA POWDER
1 ml NATURAL HEMP CBD OIL
1/2 cup GREEK YOGURT
1 tbsp PEANUT BUTTER
8 oz PEANUT MILK
5 ICE CUBES
- Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend on medium-high for 30 seconds or until smooth.
